Set on a challenging irregular shaped site, flanked on one side by residential gardens and another by a railway line, this development tests planning policy compliance to the limit.

Internal spaces have been designed and proportioned to enable a high-end feel with large private terraces provisions for to each flat.

The team at MSK Design have coordinated the proposal for this scheme to robustly address planning policy compliance with specialist consultants addressing technical reviews on shadow casting, acoustic impact, geotechnical/ground contamination and highways.
