Our client sought for us to create a block of luxury flats through the demolition of 3 bungalows. Ambitions set from the client brief were limited by what our client was familiar with (what he had seen created on similar plots by others). We took our client though a journey from concept stage to develop and elevate our client ambitions, achieving a development with a premium feel, responsive to modern development treads whilst still maintaining budgetary limits.
