The creation of 2 modern single family dwellings, on a wedge shaped plot hidden in a residential street.

Our client approached us seeking for planning consent to built two traditional dwellings. This is a very difficult plot, overlooked with limited access from the public highway. Following our planning viability review and through the design development journey, our clients brief evolved. Planning consent was achieved for a modern spacious dwelling built on a tight budget, with well co-ordinated spaces for a modern young family with elements of architectural detailing and modern technologies.
