A pair of 4-bedroom semi-detached dwelling blocks (totalling 4 housed) set in the Bush Hill Park Conservation Area.

This scheme presented a number of challenges being in a conservation area and located on former tennis courts of the Bush Hill Park Tennis Club. The team had to first overcome the loss of land to a community asset to the tennis club before addressing the complex requirements of the conservation and urban design officer at the planning department.

Services undertaken took this development through all work stages.
